This fun, family-centered event celebrates Memphis’ growing Hispanic community while once again serving as a destination for runners, families and those simply interested in learning more about Latino culture. 5K Race Kids’ Activities and Fiesta Games Family Run/Walk Salsa Tasting Contest Live Entertainment Food Vendors
Montessori School Duck Race and Regatta
The day begins with a Children’s Fun Run followed by a Canoe and Kayak Race down the Wolf River. Jump in a boat and paddle or just come and cheer. Paddlers of all ages are welcome. Games, food, boat tours, wacky boat races and live music round out this ducky good day.
Fair on the Square

Saturday 10am-6pm, Sunday noon-5pm
The “Fair” offers a wide variety of unique handcrafts. Entertainment on the Stage at the Train Depot includes bands, dancers, singers & music for all ages. There are games, face painting, rock climbing, a petting zoo, mechanical bull and much more. All profits from the “Fair” are returned to the Collierville community in the form of grants.
Touch a Truck

Free. Touch, climb, explore and take pictures alongside various vehicles and unique equipment. Concessions will be available for purchase. EMM Review
Some surrealists liked to play games to help them tap into their subconscious minds. At May’s Creation Station, visitors will choose a set of random words and be forced to make them into a sentence – a kind of hands-on game of mad libs. Kids will then illustrate their surreal sentence, thinking about color, texture, and narrative. Included with museum admission, free for all children 6 & under.
