In the South churches have it all – coffee shops, schools, libraries, and fitness programs. As a northerner this fascinates me. With some churches it’s like a city within the city!
A mom recently asked for free or low cost fitness programs in the area, and churches are certainly the best place to find that. Here are some programs the moms recommend. From what I’ve seen churches consider this a community outreach ministry, so you don’t have to attend the church to participate. Please let me know what updates need to be made to this list – I’m guessing there are others!
