Put on your dancin’ shoes and join us for a party that’s sure to be the bees knees! During wartime, social dance has always been a way to unwind. The Museum’s current exhibit, The Volunteers, explores the efforts of American volunteers during WWI (1914-1919). Come learn popular dances of the time like the fox trot and tango with Children’s Ballet Theater instructor, Alyssa Abbas Lucero. Singles, couples, beginners, and spiffy dancers are all welcome. Dud up in your flapper attire if you wish!
All ages welcome.
*The first hour of the event will be instructional and the last hour will be for enjoying your dance moves and socializing.
