Sometimes it’s nice to go our for a special brunch.  Easter, Mothers and Fathers Days are some of the occasions where brunch is popular.  Here are some spots the moms recommend, for a special occasion or just because you feel like it!

The Beauty Shop

The Beauty Shop

Sweetgrass

Patrick’s Steaks & Spirits

Flemings Steakhouse – They had a GREAT mother’s day.

Owen Brennans has the BEST brunch in my opinion;) I have yet to find a local venue that beats ’em!

Owen Brennan’s has a great buffet. Cafe 1912 is a bit more intimate and has the best crab eggs Benedict. Boscos is always fun too. Great patio.

Not sure if they have an Easter brunch, but Grove Grill and Majestic Grill brunches are both really good. Service is better at Grove Grill, though.

Staks Pancake Kitchen for pancakes!

Ruth’s Chris Steak House!! We are open from noon to 9:00pm.

Capriccio Grill or Owen Brennans!!

We have done the one at U of M Holiday Inn before. It’s good. Get a lot for your money.

Beauty Shop!!

Celtic Crossing in Cooper-Young has a wonderful brunch.

The Half Shell has one of the best brunches I’ve had in Memphis!

Sunday Brunch @ Maximo’s On Broad (formerly 3 Angels Diner)

Sunday Brunch at Imagine Vegan Cafe. (Very very super kid friendly!)

Brunch at Stone Soup is a great time! There is outside seating when the weather permits, and a big shade tree to cover many of the tables. Try the huevos rancheros!

Piccadilly in Germantown has breakfast buffet on weekends

Acre Restaurant offers brunch on special holidays

Paulette’s offers brunch, walk along the Mississippi afterwards!

Eighty3 Restaurant downtown offers a brunch both Saturdays and Sundays

Bleu downtown

Peabody Hotel

The Capital Grille is the place to be for brunch, no better place to be spoiled and truly served by professionals- you get what you pay for here, local culinary experts and local service professionals…free valet too!
