It’s time for Spooky Nights at Shelby Farms Park! This event is a variety of activities geared towards several different age groups. You pay separately for each activity, and proceeds go to the Shelby Farms Park Conservancy, the non-profit organization that runs the park. Looking for other Halloween events? Check out this Pumpkins, Mazes and other Halloween Events post, and stay tuned for a list of Trunk or Treats.
Open from 7-10pm Friday & Saturday nights September 29 – October 29, 2016.
Haunted Trail – recommended for ages 12+, $12/person
Zombie Paintball Hayride – $20/person ($25 for Zombie Truck), all ages. Climb aboard a trailer outfitted with paintball equipment and try to conquer zombies! Don’t worry–the zombies aren’t coordinated enough to use the paintball equipment, so you’ll have the upper hand!
Headless Horsemen Hayrides – $8/person. Take a family-friendly hayride through the Park, but be on the lookout for the legend himself!
Phantom Zorbs: $10 Zorb ride, $5 Knockerballs. Don’t miss this new addition to Spooky Nights! Knock down zombies and monsters as you roll down the haunted hill in the glowing phantom zorb.
Pumpkin Painting – $5 or $7 per pumpkin
Food Trucks (bring cash, just in case)
Trunk or Treat on Saturday, October 29 starting at 7pm.
There is also the Memphis Zombie 5K happening on Saturday, October 8. The race includes the cast and crew of Spooky Nights, so your challenge is to complete the race without being eaten by the horde of flesh eating zombies. Registration is $30 through October 4, $35 on race day (if available).
