Face it, we spend a lot of time in our cars. And they can get a bit scary. Before I became a mom I said my kids were not going to eat in the car as it was a bad habit and messy. Then I had a kid and that rule went away when I realized my kid would be quiet and happy if he had a snack. Ah….peace and quiet!

Campbell Detail

Doty Auto Detailing
Bubba Doty with Doty Auto Detailing. 901-832-5390. He will come to you! My truck always smells like its brand new off the car lot for days after he cleans it. I had a set in stain on the headliner for 4+ yrs and he was able to remove ALL of it. He’s very reasonable and offers 3 services.

    We just had Bubba Doty clean the (super gross) interior of my husband’s car because we’re getting ready to sell it. He fit me in the same day I called, and did a great job!

    I definitely recommend Ken’s Moblie Detailing. My son threw up in the car on the way back from the store. It was everywhere. My husband called Ken for me while I cleaned my son up and he was able to come by within an hour of calling him. He was quick and reasonably priced and he got the puke out of the floor, seats and back of my seat.

      Thank you East Memphis Moms. After reading reviews on your blog, I called Ken’s Mobile Detailing to “restore” my car to presentable after two trips within 3 weeks to Kansas and Indiana, land of cold and road salt. My silver Prius was streaked black with bugs and road dirt. Wow! The transformation is amazing!

      I called for an appointment late Friday afternoon and the team arrived at 9:30 am Saturday morning. Communication via text regarding the appointment time and when they were on their way to my home was smooth and precise. Ken pointed out scratches on the hood of the car I was unaware existed and offered additional buffing and sealant services. I am very pleased with the results – my car looks like it did when I drove it off the dealer’s lot in November 2013!

      Ken’s Mobile Detailing is professional, affordable, and a valuable resource to keep your car in pristine condition. I will definitely be a long term customer.

    So I was in major need of a car detail! I thought I would give Campbell Detail a try since I had heard of them through word of mouth previously and had seen the many positive reviews on EMM. I am glad that I did and I will be a repeat customer! I even volunteered to drive friends to lunch to show off the good work and they took notice of the beautiful job too. Can’t beat the value either. Thank you Michael Campbell for your impeccable work!

    Campbell detail came out Saturday and did an excellent job on me and my husband vehicles. I called friday and he came out the very next day. Not to mention, he came out to my house in Cordova. I really do appreciate him and his daughter for putting in the extra work and cleaning areas I didn’t realize was dirty. Oh and he got off all the dog hairs that was stuck on my seats!     I tried out Campbell Detailing yesterday and had a rough experience. Reading everyone’s comments, I assume this is a rarity, but I wanted to let others know.

    I called them around 1pm on a Thursday asking about Friday or Monday availability. The woman told me that they were leaving Friday for vacation but could fit me in that night (Thursday) around 6 or 7 and to text her my details. I asked for a quote on just washing and vacuuming and was told it would be $55 for my sedan. I texted her and said 7 would work best for me and gave my address. We exchanged a few texts confirming details.

    At 7:15 when they were not there and I had not heard from them, I texted the girl again asking what time they would be there. She replied at 7:40 saying they would be there in 10 minutes. Around 7:55 he finally showed up. Sunset at this time of the year is around 8, so it very quickly got dark. I wondered how he would be able to correctly clean my car in the dark but he assured me that he had plenty of time.

    He finished around 9:15 and asked me to come take a look. It was dark and my car is black, so I walked around but couldn’t see anything noticeable so I said it looked fine. He apologized for being late and I asked if he is going to give me a discount for being an hour late. He looked like a deer in headlights and acted like I was crazy for asking. He then told me that he shampooed my car mats and that was the “discount” I was getting. I did not ask for my mats to be shampooed, so I’m not sure why he did them anyway but whatever.

    When I went to pay, he told me it would be $65. I told him that his daughter told me it would be $55 and he said okay. I handed him my credit card and was then told he doesn’t take cards. Maybe it’s my fault for not asking that question when I initially called, but I was a little annoyed I had not been told that before just then because I didn’t have cash to give him. I asked if he would take a check and he said yes so I wrote him one. He told me to take a look at my car in the morning and let him know if there were spots that got missed.

    This morning, I noticed several bug spots still on my windshield and crumbs in my driver seat. I texted the daughter letting her know about this and to ask if he would come fix it but since they are leaving for vacation, he wouldn’t be able to come until Monday. I said that was fine. During our conversation, she then told me that she specifically told me $65 on the phone and that I told her father the wrong amount. I told her that I heard $55 and she said I must have heard her wrong.

    I am so frustrated with the entire experience and will not use them again.

        Sorry you had that experience but he did an amazing job on my 4 door corolla. Interior & exterior. Usually when I’d call he or his daughter would give me an estimate. I love his service & will continue to use it. Im sorry you went through that.

    Campbell Detailing is amazing! I’ve had my vehicle for 10 years, it was full of stains and dog hair. It had never been detailed before.     Campbell detailing comes to you for a great price. He came out to my house in germantown and cleaned the inside and outside of my car. i had so much dog hair in my backseat but after he was done with it, my car looked totally new!!!! Michael campbell 901 281 8373

    Bubba Doty with Doty Auto Detailing is the company to use for getting your car in clean and like new condition again!!!! I was shocked at how much junk he was able to clean and improve in my car (two young toddlers). I was so happy with his prompt service, great customer service, and work that I asked him to come back and do my husbands SUV the very next day..He comes to Memphis area on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. I can’t say enough good things about my experience. I would call him today… he has very reasonable prices (as I shopped around and called various people) and you wont be disappointed!       I just used Doty’s Detailing as well and was very impressed! He was prompt, professional, and a pleasure to work with. He’s reasonably priced and comes to you with his own water and power – so it’s super convenient. He did a great job on our car, truck, & SUV and has 3 different services to meet all your needs! I would highly recommend Bubba!

        I second this opinion. I’ve known Abe Powell’s ex-wife/ex-business partner for years and she is genuine, honest and the true entrepreneur here. I’ve seen the bruises he left all over her neck when she finally left him. Appearances are not always what they seem, I do not believe in supporting Abe Powell or Fine Line Car Care Co. anymore.

    I just met Bubba Doty after calling for a car wash. He is very professional and thorough and was able to get to me the same day that I called him. Good service, nice guy and reasonable. My car looks showroom new. 901-832-5390

    Bubba came out today and did a great job shampooing my carpets and waxing the outside of my mini van. No one would no I have two little ones. 🙂 would highly recommend. Reasonable prices and great customer service.

    I called Doty’s Auto Detaiing, and Bubba was able to work me in the very next day. He came to my house on time, was very professional, friendly, and efficient! My car shows obvious signs of the wear & tear of having two children, and he did a wonderful job of cleaning up most of the evidence! It also smelled wonderfully clean inside. I would highly recommend him – he’s worth it!

    After reading the reviews on this site I decided to try Campbell Detailing. Like others, I was hesitant to call an at home car detailing service without knowing them first hand but the reviews spoke so highly that I decided to take chance. Mr. Campbell and his daughter were great!!! I scheduled a next day appointment and they came to my condo complex and did wonders to my SUV!! My husband tried multiple tomes to clean the dirt from my all weather mats and unfortunately could not BUT now thanks to Campbell Detailing they look good as new! No need for a water line because they came with everything they needed! Friendly, fast and thorough cleaning! Couldn’t be happier with their services. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

    I called Campbell detail after reading their reviews on this site. Sometimes I hesitate to call someone I don’t already know, but I decided to give them a shot. I am so glad that I did! Not only did the team do an excellent job cleaning up my SUV (both inside and out), but Mike was so patient and courteous with me as I had to reschedule 3 or 4 times. I would highly recommend Campbell Detailing and am certain that I will use them again. Thanks, guys!

    I saw this post last week and decided to call Campbell Detailing. Mike from Campbell detailing came out just today. He brought some of his family to help him. He cleaned a 4-door car and my SUV, and I had him do interior shampooing of the car. It was $125 total for all I had him do. And he did an excellent job – my car hasn’t been that clean since before we had a dog (several years). He’s very friendly and does good work. I would definitely call him again.

    Found Campbell Detailing on here last night and called. They were even better than I dreamed. My car is so far beyond gross from dogs on the inside. The regular car Washes just go thru the basic motions of cleaning and try to pretend that they made a dent. I had finally given up. This guy and his daughter came to my house and were amazing!!! I am having them back now on a regular basis. We need more folks like this in Memphis doing top work in any service. BTW….great price!

    I highly recommend Campbell Car Wash detail services. They also pressure wash everything like decks, driveways, houses, etc
    You can text them and they respond very quickly! THey did an excellent job on my mini van and they came to our home and only charged $45 for 2 hours of detailing and car wash!
