Recommend Nail Salons (for moms and kids)

Spring and summer mean open-toed shoes.  Hooray!   Nothing says “Spring” like a good pedicure, and it’s great to have that professionally done to get all the dead skin off your feet.  And lots of moms love gel manicures (I have mixed feelings).

I love Nail Styles in Trinity Commons, Jack the owner is awesome for nails, Vince is the best if you go on Saturdays for nails and Dena is always there and she is fabulous for pedicures! Plus, they do free beverages or cocktails while you are being pampered.

  • Elite Nail Spa at Poplar and Massey
  • I love Elite Nails on poplar also!! Or Vo’s Nails in Collierville….both great places with top notch customer service 🙂 and reasonably priced
  • Elite nail spa. Both locations are good but u prefer collierville location at Houston levee at poplar. Not as busy, longer pedi and they have aromatherapy and hot stones. Prices $30-$50. Free wine, champagne or beverages.

  • I love Elite Nails on poplar also!! Or Vo’s Nails in Collierville….both great places with top notch customer service 🙂 and reasonably priced 
  • Vo’s Nails on Sanderlin is great! They actually have kid mani pedi on their menu. They do a cute design on their nails and everyone there is so nice.

Studio LaRue Salon & Day Spa

my mother-in-law owns a salon & day spa, Studio LaRue on Wheelis, off of White Station, they are all awesome there! The extra money for the foot mask isn’t necessary, but you should try it at least once, it’s great!

  • Diva Nail in Sanderlin Center is where I go. They speak good English. Cheap prices. Friendly staff. and they do great work. Don’t forget your complimentary glass of wine! I have been around the city looking for a good salon, and this is the only one I have never had a complaint with. I have been going for a couple years

Fab-u-lous! They have ladies day on Tues and you can get a spa pedicure for only $25. You can also get a full set for $19.99! Great for moms on a budget.. Also the owner and wife and mother are soo friendly

Fashions nails on Quince did mine and my daughters and they were fantastic. If you’re looking for extravagance it isn’t the place for you but if you’re looking for good work at a good price it is.

    PURELUX NAIL SPA

    Now Open at Sanderlin Center Next to Fox & Hound. This Salon is the most beautiful nail salon in Tn they use all premium organic natural products for pedi & mani.
    The salon is very clean, the style of interior design you only see it in New York, it very beautiful and relaxing.they have a lot of shellac gel polish colors, The service is very professional, they complimentary you with a glass of wine. I love this place. You need to check out this new nail salon, I promise you will like it

      I highly recommend Jane and the Heavenly Dream Pedicure. If I can’t get into September Nail Salon this (Purely Nail Spa) is the next best place in Memphis!

    September Nails in germantown if you don’t wear false nails or are transitioning from false to natural. New equipment is used during each manicure, unlike most salons in the area who clean and reuse the same equipment on different clients. The women that work there are so sweet and attentive. You also have the option to book your appointment online

    I went to Melissa at the High Point Salon and recieved a mani and pedi. Let me tell you it was wonderful and my mani looked still looked good and my pedi still looked good a month later when I went back. The only way you could tell was it was growing out! Wonderful service and very nice staff. Definitely go by and try I know I will back. Love this place!

    went to pro nails in the target & colonial area for my bday… no customers were there ( my 1st sign to leave)… 1 of the ladies tried to upsale more srvcs instead of what i asked for…i told her a regular mani & pani was fine… we started with the pedi…it was the fastest pedi i ever had!… she skipped steps, didnt remove all the cuticles or remove the skin in my toe with the clipper….the massage was awful… she slapped & pounded my legs & feet…. i was never given slippers & had to walk on a cold floor… to top it off tgey had a big sunbeam heater from walmart with me sitting in front to dry my toes???( so unprofessional)… i will get my mani elsewhere & will never come back! just awful

    Love Nail Styles in Trinity Commons shopping center. I tried it out when I lived across the street. They have great prices and did a great job.

      I would not recommend JNails Spa. It is not very clean and the staff has not been friendly in the three times that I have gone. They cancelled my appointment twice within minutes of my appointment.
      Diva nails is fast, clean and courteous.
