Recommended Gyms with Childcare

My husband and I workout at home before breakfast, but we used to go to a gym. Having a gym with quality childcare is really important when you’ve got little kids. Nothing bothered me more than seeing gyms with tiny childcare rooms with a bunch of kids staring at a TV. Not cool. Here are some spots the moms recommend you check out if you’re looking for a gym with quality childcare:

Nuber YMCA

• Nuber Y has great childcare and toddler exercise classes. They keep the kids busy while I workout
• I second the Nuber Y! Great nursery with wonderful, caring women to take care of your kids while you work out. And a sensible diet–Weight Watchers worked for me! Still have a bit to go but feeling much better about myself

Lifetime Fitness

• Lifetime Fitness has tons of different classes to choose from while kids can go to the nursery for up to 2 hours.
• Lifetime fitness is amazing the daycare is awesome too

Germantown Athletic Club

• Their childcare is amazing plus they are licensed so they can change diapers without having to come find you and have you do it!
• The new childcare is lovely and my kids love the exercise classes for kids.

• my kids LOVE the childcare and the price is really reasonable.
• Church Health Wellness has an amazing children’s program called Child Life Education and Movement for ages 6 months-11 years. This program gives children the chance to be active and learn a healthy lifestyle.

Bartlett Recreation Center

• We have been member at the Brc and I have 3 kids that have all been in the childcare we love it the workers are all very nice and do great with the kids.
• We go almost everyday! My 2yr old loves the staff.! Very nice people.!
