When stuff breaks and computers get slow it’s time to fix it or toss it.  Repairs can be expensive, but new stuff costs a lot too!  Here are some spots to get it fixed.

  • They repaired the broken screen on my Nikon digital SLR in a couple of days…the estimate from another place that wanted to ship it to Texas was 8-10 weeks!  Great people.

Professional, and very helpful with deciding on what would work best for what we wanted.  The install was done in two days and we are so very happy with everything.  We had a “guy” prewire our house on the cheap while it was being built and you get what you pay for. Wish we had called AV back then. They are reasonable and take pride in their work.

  • I cannot say enough good things about Amy Pickle of Pickle I.T. She made a house call to my home in east Memphis for under $150 and completely cleaned out my hard drive, and added double the memory to my computer. Cleaned hundreds of registries off my computer (malware, spyware), the inside of my tower, my screen, and left everything lightning fast. For midtown clients, she will even bike to pick up a laptop. Very trustworthy, very kind, very reasonable! Pickle I.T. knows their business.

    Shameless plug,..but if you need help with anything related to hardware, software issues on a PC,….my 16 year old son can make it right. He is a tech wiz and loves to help folks out a very fair price! He will be majoring in Cyber security in college, so he understands more than just hardware and simple software issues. He’s professional and well mannered. If not,..I kick his butt!

    He’s very busy this summer traveling to Cyber Security Camps at Purdue and Augusta Georgia as well as hosting one of his own here locally, but if he can squeeze you in,..he will do it. All you have to do is ask and he can tell you if it’s something he can do.

    Should you ever require computer assistance, Memphis Computer Support should become your first ‘go to’ number. Melanie Suria promptly returns your call and comes to your aid. She and Hisham are both knowledgeable and competent techies that can surely fix your problem. MCS brought my system back to working order with no loss of data – much to my relief.     Melanie is amazing. She is calm, patient, professional and simply ” the cream of the crop ” having worked with other professionals. It is comforting to me when running two highly successful businesses as a single mom that I do not have to worry about my computers. If in a jam we call Melanie and she does her “magic” with

    Dabney-Hoover Supply Co., Inc. is a great industrial and mill supply distributor in Memphis. However, we are not computer experts in any form or fashion.
    We contacted Melanie Suria with Memphis Computer Support in January 2015 and she was very helpful and knowledgeable.
    Our office needed to be hard wired for internet as wireless wasn’t sufficient. Melanie sent Jeremiah to our office for the task and he had us up and running quickly. Jeremiah’s work was neat and organized. All the wall plates were straight and cables were untangled.

      Memphis Computer Support was highly professional and extremely accommodating when my MacBook was not performing properly. Melanie Suria identified the issue, corrected it and had my computer ready to go home in 24 hrs. She even came to the hospital where my son was having surgery to pick it up from me and then allowed me to meet her at a location close to my office for the hand-off after repairs.     I am a tax preparer. So when I started having computer problems with a stack of returns sitting on my desk I was panicking. I googled “computer repair Memphis” and got Melanie’s number. I texted her at 10:30 pm hoping that she would respond early the next morning so I could get my issue resolved. But she responded that night and someone helped me get my computer up and going that night! She is not kidding when she says she is always open. Three weeks later Melanie dialed in and cleaned up my computer files while I played with my one year old grandaughter. Now my computer is faster than it was when it was new! LOVE THIS COMPANY!

    As a business owner and mom to little ones, it’s difficult to juggle so many things. I use to try and maintain my computers myself but don’t have the time anymore. I called Melanie from Memphis Computer Support to come out to take a look at a pc that had some viruses on it. She was able to clean it up rather quickly and then offered to optimize my other computers. The performance was so much better after she finished. It’s slowed down slowly over time and I just thought it was old but nope. It just needed a good tune up! Great Service and she even followed up by calling a few days later to make sure things were ok. They were. I would strongly recommend her services to anyone!

    I had spilled some bubble juice on my laptop keyboard (trying to multitask while blowing bubbles with my toddler) and many of the keys stopped working. I took my computer to Uptech in Cordova and I had it back within 2 hours and was charged the quoted price. I am very happy with the service and the result.

    Melanie was great! I dropped my computer and had a huge black mark down the middle for months. She looked it over and called other tech places to make sure that she was giving me the best price. She is now familiar with the way I have things set up and she has been able to access my computer remotely.
